True Scale USA Booking Information
Thank you for scheduling your event at True Scale USA. We’re excited that you chose True Scale to host your event.
Preparing for Your Event
Please email us any of your pictures, slideshow or videos to info@truescaleusa.com prior to your appointment. Tip: use darker images or video for the floor.
You are also welcome to bring an iPad, iPhone, or laptop and connect directly to our system to take full control of the Projector Screen and LED Floor during the session.
We will contact you after conformation to gather more information about your event and accommodations request as best as possible.
Pricing & Payment
- The cost for a four-hour showing is $650, 8am to 7pm Monday to Thursday. 8am to 4pm on Friday
- $350 per additional hour.
- Reserve your date with a $50 deposit.
- The deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable to another available date.
- Cost includes the use of the 3/4 kitchen, 6 cocktail tables, island with 12 stools, 6 black rectangular tables and 36 black folding chairs.
The remaining balance will be invoiced on the day of your showing and must be paid prior to your scheduled session.
Arrival & Time Guidelines
Please arrive 5 minutes early to sign our Liability Waiver and complete payment if needed. Please give yourself enough time to set up your event before your guest arrive. Setup and break down must happen within your 4 hour session.
We kindly ask that you begin wrapping up your Event with 30 minutes remaining in your scheduled session. This will give time for clean up and goodbyes. Client is responsible for disposing of any trash and wiping down all surfaces used; counter tops and tables. If your session exceeds the allotted time, we reserve the right to charge for an additional hour of service.
